Wray-with- Located in the City of Lancaster area of the county of Lancashire in England lies the civil parish of Botton. The population increased from 521 in 2001 to 532 in the 2011 Census. The town of Wray is part of the parish. Wray hosts a scarecrow festival every year on the first Monday of May.
